Responsibilities
Customer Development & Maintenance
-Develop overseas clients through channels such as exhibitions, B2B platforms, and social media.
-Regularly follow up with client needs, provide product solutions, and increase repurchase rates.
-Maintain relationships with existing clients and address order-related issues.
Order Management & Execution
-Responsible for the entire process, including inquiries, quotations, contract signing, and production tracking.
-Coordinate with production, quality inspection, and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
-Handle delays in delivery, quality issues, and other exceptional situations.
Market & Product Analysis
-Research international footwear market trends, optimize product design, and adjust pricing strategies.
-Participate in business negotiations and document processing.
-Familiarity with international trade terms (FOB, CIF) and payment methods (T/T, L/C, etc.).
Requirements
Educational Background
-Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in international trade or business English.
Experience & Skills
-1-3 years of experience in footwear foreign trade, with the ability to independently develop clients (footwear experience preferred).l Fluent in English (CET-4 or higher), with the ability to write business emails and communicate effectively.
-Proficient in office and foreign trade software.
