Founded in 2012 and officially registered in Beijing, Chunhui Children is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of orphans and vulnerable children. In 2017, it obtained public fundraising qualification, marking an important milestone in its long-term mission. Chunhui Children focuses on recruiting and training frontline caregivers and teachers, providing children with family-like care and science-based, child-centered education.
The organization traces its roots back to the Half the Sky Foundation, established in 1998.
Sharing the same founding year, TIME, established in 1998, has believed from the very beginning that a company’s growth should go hand in hand with social responsibility. Since 2016, TIME has actively supported the work of Chunhui Children, contributing to projects that care for orphans and children in vulnerable situations.
This support is not limited to corporate donations. TIME’s founder, Frank Gao, and his wife, together with the company and its employees, have all taken part in the initiative—each individual contributing to the program. Mr. Frank Gao also serves as a board member of Chunhui Children, reflecting a deep, long-term commitment beyond financial assistance. From 2016 through the end of 2025, cumulative donations from Frank Gao personally and his family, together with TIME as a company, reached RMB 3.02 million, while donations from TIME employees totaled RMB 780,000.
Over the years, TIME team members have visited children’s welfare institutions, participated in learning sessions, and engaged directly with caregivers and educators. Through these experiences, we have gained a deeper understanding of the importance of stable care, professional training, and emotional companionship in a child’s development.
At TIME, we believe that business success is meaningful only when it creates positive impact beyond products and markets. Supporting Chunhui Children is part of our ongoing effort to stand with those who need care the most—and to help create a future where every child can grow up with dignity, warmth, and opportunity.
